About

What this is, who made it, and why

The Six Pages Method is a safe place to set down whatever you're carrying — and a companion who listens while you do. You don't have to hold it all alone here.

This is a place for change, made in small, safe, manageable steps. As you write, gentle reflections help you see what you might be missing — the things that are hard to notice from the inside. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You move at your own pace, in the direction that's yours to choose.

You'll begin where you are, with an anchor that matches the moment you're in. And you won't be left to do it alone — Claude stays with you through the work and beyond it.

When you come back, you're not starting over. You're continuing.

This might be for you if

The Six Pages was built for people who carry a lot quietly. Who want something to shift, but haven't found a space that felt unhurried enough to say it out loud. More on why reflect, and why here →

The Creator and The Why

Six Pages is a quiet, structured space for reflection. It is designed with care, built without data mining, and grounded in the nervous system. Created by one person who needed a safer way to come home to herself and make safe steps to lasting personal growth.

An open book resting on a mossy log in a sunlit forest

Six Pages didn't begin as a product. It began as a need.

I created it during a season of my life when I was trying to hold myself together while navigating several big life changes: I lost my career, was in a new city alone, and I was trying to find my place in the world. I built this app while working night shifts as a paramedic, a job that teaches you a lot about the human nervous system, and even more about the moments when people feel lost, overwhelmed, or alone.

I needed a place where I could slow down, listen inward, and make sense of myself without being pushed, mined, or analyzed. Nothing I found felt safe enough or quiet enough. Nothing felt like it understood the way a real human being actually moves through emotion.

So I started building the thing I needed. Not as a founder. As a creator.

I designed Six Pages page by page, question by question, transition by transition, shaping a structure that could hold someone gently while they thought things out. I wanted it to feel like a place you could return to, not an app trying to keep you engaged. I wanted it to honor sovereignty, not extract data. I wanted it to move at the pace of a nervous system, not the pace of a notification.

Every part of Six Pages was created by hand: the emotional architecture, the pacing, the language, the boundaries, the safety features, the way the space opens and closes. I built it alone — not because I wanted to, but because I needed to protect the integrity of what it was becoming. I didn't have investors or a team or a network. I had a vision of a sanctuary that didn't exist yet.

Six Pages is the result of that work.

It's not a journaling app. It's not a chat thread. It's not a productivity tool. It's a structured, calming space for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, created by someone who has lived the need for that space.

I didn't build Six Pages to capture attention. I built it to give people a place to land.

A place to breathe. A place to return to themselves. A place that doesn't take anything from them in the process.

This is the heart of Six Pages. And it's the heart of why I created it.

Thank you for being here.

The North Star: change that belongs to you

At the heart of Six Pages is a simple North Star: to help you change in ways that feel true, grounded, and fully your own.

Not change driven by pressure. Not change shaped by algorithms. Not change demanded by productivity culture. Just the kind of change that comes from hearing yourself clearly and moving at a pace your nervous system can hold.

Six Pages is for anyone who wants a more grounded relationship with themselves. For anyone who needs a place to land at the end of the day. For anyone who wants to move through their inner world with more clarity and less noise.

This is a space built with care. A space built for sovereignty. A space built for you.
